Ms. Kodimalar graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (LLB Honours) in 2012. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2014 upon completion of her pupillage under Datuk Gobalakrishnan a/l Narayanasamy PJN of Messrs Khairil Sani, Gobal & Beng Tatt one of the prominent legal firm dealing with conveyancing and litigation matters in Seberang Perai, Penang. She has been practising as an Advocate & Solicitor since 2014.
In December 2014, she continued her practise in the same firm as an Associate handling both conveyancing and litigation department. She started off her legal practice on the area of conveyancing and property specialising in drafting and vetting sale and purchase agreements, dealing and negotiating in sale and purchase transactions for both sub-sale (Consumer & Corporate Clients i.e AKS Nivaas Sdn Bhd, Sri Ananda Bahwan Restaurant Sdn Bhd) and for Developers i.e Epic Valley Group of Companies, Pembangunan Bandar Mutiara Sdn Bhd, Epic Valley Holdings Sdn Bhd, E.W. & Associates Sdn Bhd, Bandar Kepala Batas Sdn Bhd and also handling loan documentations including advise the drawdown of the facility as panel solicitor for CIMB Bank Berhad, Bank Simpanan Nasional, RHB Bank Berhad, Malayan banking Berhad and on ad hoc basis worked for Public Bank Berhad, Affin Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad and Kuwait Finance Berhad.
She has also engaged herself with the department of Litigation where she was involved in various matters including debt recovery action, foreclosure proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings and all other matters involving legal proceedings in court ranging from the lower courts to the higher courts.
She has also been involved in probate practice such as obtaining grant of probate and letters of administration, will and trust deed drafting as well as administration of estates. She is also experienced in drafting various agreements such as tenancy agreement, Business Lease and Waste Disposal Agreement to name a few.
