Experience. Commitment. Personal Attention.
At Y S Ling & Co, we believe that effective legal representation requires more than legal knowledge. It requires experience, sound judgment, strategic thinking and a clear understanding of each client’s objectives.
Our practice is led by our Founder and Managing Partner, Ling Yee Siew, who remains personally involved in the firm’s matters and committed to providing clients with direct, responsive and practical legal representation.

LING YEE SIEW
Ling Yee Siew is the Founder and Managing Partner of Y S Ling & Co, having established the firm in 2016.
Ms Ling’s principal area of practice is litigation and dispute resolution, with experience in civil, commercial and criminal matters. She represents individuals, businesses and corporations in contentious proceedings and is actively involved in developing litigation strategy, negotiations, trials and appellate matters.
Ms Ling’s practice also extends to corporate and commercial advisory, employment matters and real estate transactions, allowing her to approach disputes with an understanding of the wider commercial considerations affecting her clients.
Ms Ling adopts a hands-on and strategic approach to legal practice. She places particular emphasis on understanding the facts, identifying the real issues in dispute and maintaining direct communication with clients throughout the conduct of their matters.
Under her leadership, Y S Ling & Co has grown from a Malaysian legal practice established in 2016 into a firm serving both local and international clients, including diplomatic missions and foreign nationals requiring legal representation in Malaysia.
